My mother contacted Milcare to see if they could help her get Attendance Allowance for my dad. Mum was already on Attendance Allowance.
One of the staff attended their home and completed the form for them. It only took a few weeks to come through. Great service. 10/10.

“I wasn't sure how I would fell about becoming a self employed Personal assistant.
I can honestly say it is the best decision I have ever made.
I have been providing care for people for 20 years with various agencies.
I am now in control of my own hours, working good shift patterns and earning much more than I did before.
I also have a lot more job satisfaction as I spend more time with my clients and less time travelling around between appointments.

The GP suggested that dad went into care. We didn't think he was ready for that and he didn't want to.
Milcare completed our LPA and benefits applications.
They also now provide his daily care support.
They told us he is having too much care for his needs but he really enjoys them being there. They support him with all his care, take him to hospital appointments and take him out for day trips. He really enjoys looking at places he knew from his younger days.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milcare to anyone.

Milcare have been providing exceptional care & support to my Mum for 10 months now. The PAs complete the cooking, cleaning, shopping, & take Mum to hospital appointments. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is extremely happy with this caring & helpful support. Mums health & general wellbeing has improved dramatically since Milcare have been looking after her. This caring support has helped Mum stay in her own home which is what she wanted.
I would definitely recommend Milcare.
